Case Manager
The Verican Case Manager is where your cases are stored and maintained. The Case Manager consists of a UI view Veriscan application and its associated database. The Case Manager also exposes as API supporting the automation of your counter parties life cycle. Case Manager is the primary view where new cases (clients) are loaded into Veriscan, existing cases are modified or archived and where information on compliance status can be found. Case Manage is typically an administrative view as compliance settings can be modified from it. It is recommended that access be restricted via user permissions.
The Veriscan Case Manager is the central location where all cases are stored, managed, and maintained. It consists of the Case Manager user interface within the Veriscan application and its associated database. The Case Manager also provides an API that supports automation of the counterparty lifecycle.
The Case Manager supports the following processes:
- Load new Cases (clients) into Veriscan
- Modify or archive existing Cases
- Filter and sort Cases
- View compliance status and related case information
- Export compliance history and Case Record reports
The Case Manager is primarily an administrative view, as compliance settings can be modified from this interface. For security and compliance plan integrity, it is recommended to consider restricted access through user permissions.
Case Manager UI Features
From the Case Manager screen, a user may
- Create a new case.
- Modify an existing case.
- Filter for cases based on name, ID, case group, etc.
- Screen selected cases.
- Archive selected cases.
